On 3/16/2022, CashNetUSA took a third payment from my account without notifying me. The representative did not disclose the total amount in the telephone communication.

Until this date, I was not on collections and was not made aware that my account was. I purposely asked the representative to give me the total amount I was responsible for and she gave me three amounts which I paid immediately over the telephone. I also asked her if the account was made current and she said yes. On 3/16/2022, they took a third unauthorized payment in the amount of $291.20, which was not disclosed.

I called on 3/16/2022. Frank, your agent did not disclose the third payment nor did she ask me if I was aware of three payments. You have no record of this conversation. If in fact you do, I would like a copy of the transcript from that conversation.

This is not acceptable. You will need to provide me with the copy of the transcript.
